Cancellation Policy
Pure Dermatology enforces a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with a 48-hour notice to allow us the opportunity to make the time available for other clients. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in $150 cancelation fee .
Payment and Refund Policies - Pure Dermatology Treatments
Pure Dermatology offers voluntary, elective cosmetic procedures not covered by public or private insurance plans. We do not submit claims to insurance carriers. Payment is required before services are rendered, and patients are personally responsible for all fees and charges associated with their purchase. Purchased packages are good only for one year after the date of purchase. Refunds are not provided for treatments, including patient fees, payments, charges, credit, pre-paid packages, services, prescriptions, or (unless required by applicable law) gift certificates. For treatments included as free with other purchases, all paid treatments are rendered before free services, and free services have no refund value. Unused/un-rendered treatments may not be transferred to another customer. If Pure Dermatology decides, at its sole discretion, to issue a refund, it reserves the right to refund in the form of store credit only. In case of splitting a laser package, the client may submit a written request to the service provider indicating the desire to split up the laser package. This request should include details such as the specific services to be separated and the reasons for the modification. The service provider reserves the right to approve or deny any request for splitting up a laser package. Approval will be communicated in writing, and any modifications are subject to the terms outlined in this agreement. Upon approval of the request, the price of the services included in the split package will revert to the full, non-discounted rate. The client acknowledges and agrees to the updated pricing structure.
Treatment Outcomes
Pure Dermatology is dedicated to serving you in the best way possible. We commit to honesty in all our dealings with you. Aesthetics is not an exact science, and individual responses to a given treatment will vary. It is virtually impossible to predict results, and payments made for services are for treatments to be performed, not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result for you. Thank you for allowing us to serve you!
Re-visional Treatment or Treatment of Complications
The practice of medicine and aesthetics is not an exact science, and medical spa treatments involve inherent uncertainties. Although good results are anticipated, there can be no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, as to the actual results you may get. Occasionally, additional treatments and/or treatment for problems or complications may be required, resulting in additional charges for which you may be responsible.
Tipping and Gratuity
Pure Dermatology operates as a non-tipping facility. The best tip we can receive is your repeat business and referrals.
Rights Reserved
Pure Dermatology will attempt to communicate policy changes with you in advance wherever possible. However, we reserve the right to change our policies without notice. We appreciate having you as a patient, but we reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any non-discriminatory reason.
